About the position

The Senior Content Designer at Dexian will lead content design initiatives for product teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives. This role involves conducting content discovery, collaborating with various stakeholders, and crafting inclusive and accessible interface content. The designer will also test and improve content based on analytics and user feedback, while fostering collaborative relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design for product teams.
• Conduct content discovery, including inventories, audits, and competitive research.
• Collaborate on card sorts, user surveys, interviews, and workshops.
• Work with product teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
• Co-own the design process, creating and iterating on design concepts, user flows, prototypes, components, and patterns.
• Write clear, accessible interface content for various elements such as dialogs, alerts, and onboarding.
• Test, evaluate, and improve content using analytics and testing methods.
• Build collaborative relationships with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience creating UX content for software as a service (SaaS) products.
• Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of English grammar and mechanics.
• Familiarity with principles of information architecture, content modeling, and taxonomy.
• Experience complying with and contributing to brand voice and tone standards.
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusion principles in content.
• Understanding of how content design drives business growth.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Working knowledge of design methods and tools, including Figma.
• Samples of work and process from writing and designing to research and documentation.
