About the position

The Senior Content / Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a variety of digital content and learning solutions for external clients using the Wealthscape platform. This role involves collaboration with fellow content designers, subject matter experts, trainers, and other business partners to create high-quality learning experiences that address learner gaps and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver digital content and learning solutions for external clients.
• Collaborate with content designers, SMEs, trainers, and cross-functional partners to create effective learning experiences.
• Make independent content design decisions based on analysis and feedback.
• Implement team standards, styles, and templates for content creation.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to discussions on emerging learning theories, analytics, and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of content design, learning/instructional design, or technical writing experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and simplify complex concepts for target users.
• Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage tasks, issues, and solutions independently.
• Understanding of Agile and design thinking concepts is a plus.
• Experience with HTML is a plus.
• Experience in financial services and Wealthscape is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
