About the position

The Senior Content Marketing Manager for Strategic Partnerships at Realtor.com® is responsible for collaboratively marketing products and offerings to real estate professionals, focusing on driving growth and engagement with Strategic Partnerships offerings, including ListHub. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, as it involves working closely with various departments to create effective marketing content and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Update and develop new marketing content and materials for the ListHub product, including revamping YouTube videos and presentations
  • Keep the ListHub website up to date and iterate to improve site UX and SEO
  • Collaborate with Industry Relations, Sales, and Strategy & Operations to develop materials and messages that resonate with customers and increase retention
  • Develop email campaigns and/or newsletters to keep customers engaged and informed about product changes or new offerings/content
  • Determine KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns; track results and report on findings
  • Document learnings and best practices to continue to scale marketing GTM practices
  • Manage the execution and tracking of marketing spend, reporting back on spend, and providing insights to forecast future budgetary needs
  • May include some travel to industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience, with 4+ in a B2B capacity in the real estate industry
  • Content and email marketing experience
  • Excellent cross-functional communication; demonstrated ability to navigate internal communication within a large, corporate environment
  • Demonstrated ability to execute successful projects from ideation to completion with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and independent thinker who can effectively solve problems and foresee opportunities to benefit the organization through marketing efforts
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail
  • Proficiency in Cordial, WordPress, and Google Workspace
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SalesForce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude
  • Experience in SEO
