About the position

Socure is seeking an experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to enhance demand generation, education, and awareness for its suite of solutions. This role involves taking ownership of customer-centric messaging and creating B2B content assets while collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders, including Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Science. The ideal candidate will be a compelling storyteller with a strong background in technical business writing and content activation. Reporting directly to the Director of Content Marketing and Strategy, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative around Socure's innovative technology and its mission to eliminate identity fraud online. In this position, you will partner with the Director of Content Marketing and Strategy and the broader marketing team to develop and execute content tailored to the diverse use cases, product lines, and verticals that Socure serves. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content across various mediums such as videos, blogs, infographics, emails, and social media posts. You will also collaborate regularly with subject matter experts from different departments to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear messaging that effectively communicates the value of Socure's solutions. Additionally, you will track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of the content you produce, ensuring it drives awareness and conversion for the company’s offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director Content Marketing and Strategy and wider marketing team to build and execute customer-centric content tailored for various use cases, product lines, and verticals.
  • Develop compelling content across various mediums, including videos, blogs, infographics, emails, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with SMEs across departments (Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, Growth) to translate technical and business concepts into effective messaging and content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content effectiveness and conversion.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS technology company, preferably in identity, fraud prevention, or financial crime.
  • Domain expertise in fraud, identity, or risk; alternatively fintech or cybersecurity.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to self-educate, build a strategy, communicate it for stakeholder buy-in, and execute effectively.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content from scratch that appeals to end-user customers/prospects, including short videos, podcasts, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Experience analyzing and leveraging data and metrics to measure audience impact.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with optimizing content for SEO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable technical writing skills, particularly in collaboration with data science teams.
