About the position

The Senior Content Marketing Manager at Emarsys is responsible for leading the content strategy across global regions, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving business outcomes. This role involves guiding a team of content marketers, planning and executing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels. The manager will also measure content effectiveness and stay updated on marketing trends to align strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support content strategy for all global regions with a focus on customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Guide a team of Content Marketers in executing content strategy, delegating responsibilities, and removing barriers.
  • Plan and support campaigns and product releases, writing original content such as website copy, blogs, e-books, and social media copy.
  • Ensure consistent communication across all channels by utilizing key messaging and incorporating industry research.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams across time zones, adhering to content creation standards and best practices.
  • Create content themes and execute according to a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Measure, review, and improve content effectiveness and processes, maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape.
  • Stay current on marketing strategies and trends to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in content creation within the B2B SaaS or MarTech space, preferably with knowledge of retail and e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience in writing long-form content and engaging digital marketing content across various platforms.
  • Strong project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Ability to create a resource library of organized content considering SEO and version control.
  • Understanding of technical SEO and quality content integration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Zoom, and basic knowledge of WordPress.
  • Proven editorial skills with excellent command of the English language.
