The role will be responsible for developing thought leadership initiatives, driving a content calendar full of education and high value for customers, and building a network of content contributors from inside and outside the company. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, software, and dental, and has built an inspiring and engaging content function at a high-performing organization. The Senior Content Marketing Manager will lead the content strategy for the organization, focusing on education and thought leadership about dental software and key areas of innovation, including AI, patient experience, and analytics. This role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand business objectives and develop an annual content calendar that supports these objectives and drives sales. The manager will support Demand Generation campaigns with compelling, educational content that helps drive sales of featured solutions. In addition, the manager will oversee the development of various content types, including webinars, case studies, eBooks, and videos. They will provide thought leadership and internal consulting on content-driven customer acquisition and sales, and support the creation of novel marketing funnels and campaigns to create scalable, positive ROI ways to drive sales. Ensuring that content is SEO optimized is crucial, and the manager will act as an internal consultant to help teams prioritize SEO when developing online customer experiences. The role also involves establishing a network of internal and external colleagues and speakers to aid in content creation and curation, leveraging external sources of content to educate customers about Henry Schein One solutions, and optimizing content across traditional and digital channels to ensure brand consistency. The manager will collaborate with social media, corporate communications, and sales and marketing teams to develop customer listening mechanisms to identify content needs, and create processes for effective editing and proofreading across the marketing team.
