About the position

Crusoe Energy is seeking a creative and analytical marketing leader to develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's mission of utilizing stranded energy resources for cloud computing. This role focuses on creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences while optimizing for SEO and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
• Drive the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various formats (blogs, social media, whitepapers, videos, etc.).
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to enhance organic visibility and traffic.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies to grow and engage the audience across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of content marketing experience, focused on cloud and AI technologies.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies, ideally for AI and/or cloud-based products.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and experience with content optimization.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and report on content performance.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and be detail-oriented.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Technical writing experience, especially for AI and cloud infrastructure technologies, is strongly preferred.
