Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual for the role of Senior Coordinator, Debit Card Operations. This position is essential and requires onsite attendance in Richmond, Virginia. The Sr. Ops Production Coordinator will be responsible for processing daily debit card exception transactions and completing TRIPS queue work. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment. This role demands the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while displaying sound judgment in decision-making. In this position, the coordinator will process daily debit card exception transactions and complete queue work for Debit Card Recurring transactions and Card Issue requests. The coordinator will also monitor the team mailbox for general debit card maintenance or research requests and escalate process or system issues to leadership as necessary.
