About the position

The Senior Coordinator for Distribution Partner Marketing at TelevisaUnivision Communications is responsible for managing day-to-day account and project activities within the Distribution Partner Marketing team. This role focuses on partnership management, including subscriber acquisition, engagement campaigns, and technical cooperation, while ensuring effective collaboration across various business lines to enhance partnership success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and proactive marketing professional with a strong interest in the media industry, capable of creating persuasive materials that align with sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all functional groups across the Distribution team to develop and maintain a playbook/dashboard of top priorities.
  • Project management and execution of designated partner campaigns, events, and productions in conjunction with TU's consumer marketing team and/or third-party marketing agencies.
  • Develop ad-hoc analysis, reports, presentations, and other supporting materials/analyses for Senior Management as needed for specific department strategies.
  • Manage promotional and asset toolkits and department operations to enhance distributor marketing efforts in support of TU's programming priorities.
  • Coordinate with the programming team to ensure communication on programming priorities is current and provides distribution partners with the required lead time for promotion.
  • Utilize analytical thinking abilities to drive metrics and benchmarks for continuous improvement in processes and results.
  • Monitor and report competitive programming, products, and marketing trends in the marketplace, identifying opportunities to address competition.
  • Manage project budgets, understanding individual cost elements and logistics of budget tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience in a client-facing role within media (content distribution, distribution partner, or advertising agency with experience in digital preferred).
  • Experience working strategically with partners to create effective and value-added campaigns that drive growth, performance, and ROI.
  • Experience developing creative, data-driven presentations for clients and/or senior management.
  • Skilled at independently interpreting distribution contracts and creating execution plans.
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing media and consumer research to find sales stories.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related business fields; or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and rapidly changing environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detailed, and resourceful team player.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred.
  • Passion for and active consumption of Univision content.
