About the position

The Senior Coordinator for Distribution Partner Marketing at TelevisaUnivision is responsible for managing day-to-day activities and projects within the Distribution Partner Marketing team. This role focuses on partnership management, including subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention campaigns, and technical cooperation. The ideal candidate will collaborate across various business lines to ensure successful partnerships and will be involved in strategic analysis and asset management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all functional groups across the Distribution team to develop and maintain playbook/dashboard of top priorities
  • Project management and execution of designated partner campaigns, events and productions in conjunction with TU's consumer marketing team and/or third-party marketing agencies
  • Develop ad-hoc analysis, reports, presentations and other supporting materials/analyses for Senior Management as needed for specific department strategies
  • Manage promotional and asset toolkits and department operations to enhance distributor marketing efforts in support of TU's programming priorities
  • Coordinate with programming team to ensure communication on programming priorities is current and provides distribution partners with the required lead time for promotion
  • Analytical thinking abilities shown to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results
  • Understand, monitor, and report competitive programming, products and marketing trends in the marketplace and identify opportunities to address such competition
  • Budget management for each project and understanding the individual cost elements and logistics of budget tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience working in a client-facing role within media
  • Experience working strategically with partners to create effective and value-added campaigns that drive growth, performance, and ROI
  • Experience developing creative, data-driven presentations for clients and/or senior management
  • Skilled at independently interpreting distribution contracts and creating execution plans
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing media and consumer research to find sales stories
  • Advanced at Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related business fields; or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to a broad range of internal and external constituents
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure and rapidly changing environment
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, detailed, and resourceful team player

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred
