About the position

The Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) will be Cardinal Health's newest Pharmaceutical Supply Chain operation in Groveport, Ohio. This facility, featuring some of the latest innovations in automation technology, is approximately 300,000 square feet and picks, packs, and ships approximately $250 million in consumer products each month. The CHLC is a state-of-the-art hub facility that is responsible for providing consumer health products to the entire Cardinal Health network of forward distribution centers. By aggregating demand to a single ship-to location, the CHLC adds value to both manufacturing partners and the FDCs through economies of scale. This aggregation allows for a reduction of pick, pack, and ship cycle times, fewer damages, increased on-time rate, and a more efficient deployment of network inventory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for arranging and coordinating onsite employee activities
• Responsible for helping with some organizing of leadership schedules
• Responsible for aggregating data and distributing metric reports
• Hosting onsite guests of the site
• Coordinating new hire orientation and assisting with paperwork
• Managing the referral bonus program
• Managing office supply inventory and ordering new products as necessary
• Process any invoices for the facility
• Assisting with any additional tasks that may arise within the facility

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Microsoft experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to multitask and move effortlessly between projects
