About the position

The Senior Coordinator of Ticket Operations will play a crucial role in assisting the Operations Team at Empower Field at Mile High in managing the ticketing needs for all public events held at the venue. This position is integral to ensuring that all operational initiatives related to third-party events are executed successfully. The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party promoters, ensuring that event pricing and manifest adjustments are handled promptly and accurately. This role also involves managing internal requests, fulfillment, and tracking to ensure a seamless ticketing experience for all stakeholders involved. In addition to supporting third-party events, the Senior Coordinator will assist in the financial settlement processes for these events, which may include handling consignment and other financial aspects. The position requires providing support to other coordinators who are responsible for resolving ticket issues that may arise during public events. Furthermore, the Senior Coordinator will contribute to the internal education and development of the ticketing department, particularly in relation to ticketing systems and infrastructure, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities. The role also involves supporting the operational initiatives of the Denver Broncos Football Club as directed by leadership, contributing to the overall team effort by completing all other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the successful execution of third-party events by managing operational initiatives related to ticketing.
  • Establish rapport and manage relationships with third-party promoters for timely event pricing and manifest adjustments.
  • Manage internal requests, fulfillment, and tracking related to ticketing.
  • Support financial settlement for third-party events, including consignment and other financial aspects.
  • Provide support to Coordinators in resolving ticket issues during public events.
  • Contribute to internal education and development within the ticketing department regarding ticketing systems and infrastructure.
  • Support ticketing operational initiatives for the Denver Broncos Football Club as directed by leadership.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with operational event build within the Ticketmaster software ecosystem.
  • 3+ years experience within Ticketmaster software ecosystem.
  • Ability to work all home Broncos games, stadium events, client and STM events nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines for various projects.
  • Willingness to learn and be creative with a desire to succeed.
  • Fluency in another language, preferably Spanish or ASL.
