About the position

The Senior Copywriter, Brand Experience is responsible for crafting engaging and original brand and product storytelling across various brands, audiences, and channels. This role involves collaboration with other teams on diverse marketing activations, including digital, social media, and experiential marketing. The position requires the ability to lead copy projects and develop strategic approaches for client briefs, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging and original brand and product storytelling for various brands and audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams on digital, social media, and experiential marketing activations.
  • Provide options and ideas to ACDs and/or CDs to inspire and build large-scale concepts and campaigns.
  • Lead basic- to intermediate-level copy projects, developing on-strategy conceptual approaches for client creative briefs.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of client copywriting deliverables within budget.
  • Adapt writing tonality to a variety of brands and audiences, conducting research as necessary.
  • Meet quality standards and defined timelines for all assigned deliverables.
  • Participate in collaborative meetings to elevate ideas and find the best solutions for clients' needs.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, time management, and planning skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Communications or Journalism, or equivalent education and experience.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and clients.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in agency or in-house brand marketing.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
