About the position

We are seeking a social-savvy Senior Writer to join our FUEL team at Barkley. The ideal candidate will excel in capturing brand voice with humor, collaborate effectively with a team, and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight. A strong understanding of current digital and social trends is essential, along with a passion for conceptual ideas and creating relevant content across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Capture brand voice and tone across various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and agency teams to produce high-quality content.
• Manage multiple writing projects with minimal oversight.
• Tailor writing to tell compelling stories for different audiences and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and social media trends.

Requirements

• A passion for storytelling and mastery of grammar and the English language.
• Thorough understanding of brand voice and tone unique to each platform.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and social media platform capabilities.
• Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
