About the position

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Copywriter to join our forward-thinking creative team. This role is designed for a seasoned wordsmith with extensive experience in developing high-impact copy and content across various platforms. The Senior Copywriter will play a crucial role in crafting compelling narratives, driving creative strategies for comprehensive 360 campaigns, and ensuring all communications are perfectly aligned with our brand and marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to own and lead aspects of creative strategy and drive process improvements. This is a management position - Proven experience in managing a team of copywriters is crucial. Day to day responsibility will include mentoring, providing support and guidance to help the copy team develop their skills and reach their full potential. Ability to offer constructive feedback, conduct regular performance reviews to support their professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities include cultivating brand voice to enhance equity, developing high-level copy and content, taking ownership of creative strategy, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, crafting narratives, providing content strategy and direction, applying campaign experience, managing product launches, designing evergreen content, and executing collaborative efforts with art directors and designers.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate brand voice to enhance equity by shaping the brand tone of voice that reflects personality and values.
  • Develop high-level copy and content for diverse platforms including digital, print, and social media.
  • Take ownership of key aspects of creative strategy for 360-degree campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency across all communication channels with a cohesive brand voice.
  • Utilize storytelling expertise to develop captivating narratives that drive engagement.
  • Provide strategic guidance on content planning and direction to align with brand identity.
  • Apply comprehensive experience with 360 campaigns to drive marketing success.
  • Develop and execute content strategies for successful product launches.
  • Design and manage evergreen content that remains relevant over time.
  • Craft persuasive ad copy strategy for paid media campaigns and engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and editors to ensure high-quality final outputs.
