About the position

As a Senior Copywriter at 2K, you will be an integral part of our in-house Creative Services team, focusing on a new AAA intellectual property (IP). You will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand's presence across various platforms. Your work will encompass a wide range of content types, from engaging taglines to dynamic social media posts, ensuring that all communications align with our brand's voice and guidelines. In this position, you will collaborate closely with marketing teams and creative studios to fulfill diverse copy needs. Your ability to create customer-facing marketing content across multiple digital channels will be crucial in driving effective communication and engagement with our audience. You will also be tasked with maintaining product accuracy and cultural relevance in your writing, ensuring that all content reflects the high standards of quality that 2K is known for. Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be a key aspect of your role, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. You will leverage glossaries and style guides to maintain brand alignment and work collaboratively with a global production team to deliver exceptional content. Staying updated on product and brand knowledge will be essential, as will your proactive approach to contributing feedback and ideas for process improvements. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in the gaming industry or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats.
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends in the industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
