About the position

The Senior Copywriter at Supercell is a creative storyteller responsible for crafting engaging narratives that enhance the brand's voice across various media. This role involves collaborating with artists and creatives to develop unique product collaborations and experiences, ensuring that the brand's identity resonates with audiences. The position is integral to building franchise guidelines, creating marketing materials, and inspiring industry talent through compelling copy.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver all copy related aspects of franchise building blocks, including brand positioning and tone.
• Develop comprehensive guidelines for partners encompassing all facets of the franchises.
• Create creative briefs for Film & TV projects that inspire industry talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams and industry talent to guide story ideas.
• Brainstorm ideas for unique product collaborations and real-world experiences.
• Develop and execute multi-media B2B campaigns showcasing franchises.
• Develop and execute multi-media B2C campaigns for Film & TV releases and product collaborations.
• Create pitch decks, brand bibles, and copy for social posts and PR.
• Write copy for Consumer Products packaging and retail marketing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience with entertainment IPs and/or consumer-facing brands as a Copywriter.
• A fresh creative portfolio showcasing bold ideas and exceptional copywriting skills across various mediums.
• Strong command of the English language with high attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with character-driven entertainment franchises.
• Experience in sketch comedy, humor writing, or improv.
