The Senior Creative Designer, Associate Director is responsible for supporting the firm's most high-value, strategic deals. This role involves developing leading practice pursuit design, driving process consistency, and identifying synergies in collateral development. The designer will develop and communicate complex ideas, solutions, and value propositions through compelling visual narratives that resonate with clients and effectively convey the team's strategy. Collaboration is key, as the designer will work with teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into proposals and materials, ensuring that the design enhances the overall user experience. The designer will ensure that all design work remains consistent with the company's branding identity while tailoring visuals to meet the specific needs of clients or industries. They will infuse current design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas, enhancing the quality and impact of presentations. As a beacon of pursuit excellence, the designer will leverage their knowledge and resources to deliver creative design assets that progress the pursuit towards a winning outcome. Additionally, the role includes a focus on quality and risk management, as well as resource management of opportunities by utilizing offshore designers. The Senior Creative Designer will also be responsible for the performance and resource management of a team of pursuit designers, fostering team building, mentorship, and inspiration among team members. They will conceive and deliver strategic design initiatives that significantly impact the firm's ability to win more, win bigger, and win better. This includes overseeing the strategy, methodology, and deployment plans for pursuit designs, instilling exceptional client service principles, and translating firm-wide strategic priorities within the pursuit design function.
