About the position

The Senior Creative Director at Wishare Media Group is responsible for leading the creative direction of digital advertising campaigns for DTC Ecommerce startup brands. This role involves collaborating with various creative teams to develop innovative and effective campaigns that align with client objectives. The position requires a strong understanding of video content strategy, brand development, and campaign management, ensuring that all creative outputs are on-brand and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms and video advertising campaigns.
• Lead the strategic planning and concept development for brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of brand identities for DTC clients, including brand messaging and visual identity.
• Develop and oversee content strategies that support brand goals across various platforms.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, ensuring all creative elements are optimized for performance.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
• Oversee productions creatively, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion.
• Lead the development of sales-first content for paid ad campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with content creation and advertising strategy in-house for a brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience managing and running shoots on-set.
