Reporting to the Director of Global Events & Customer Advocacy, you'll own key programs-including customer storytelling, lifecycle advocacy, strategic references and reviews. Your responsibilities will range from strategic planning to hands-on tactical execution, and you'll need to be comfortable prioritizing and managing across both of these lanes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage scalable advocacy programs that identify, nurture, and elevate customer champions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead customer-focused initiatives, including reference calls, case studies, event participation, and peer review platform engagement.
  • Work closely with executive leadership, marketing, sales and customer success teams to align advocacy efforts with broader business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer reference databases and ensure streamlined processes for managing customer interactions.
  • Plan and execute advocacy initiatives, such as champion programs, speaker opportunities, and awards recognition campaigns.
  • Partner with internal teams to create compelling stories and case studies that highlight customer success and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of customer marketing and advocacy experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a large enterprise or public company.
  • Proficient in designing, executing, and scaling advocacy initiatives with attention to detail and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator skilled in creating narratives, customer stories, and case studies; collaborates with sales, marketing, and customer success to align programs with objectives.
  • Proficient in managing customer data, program workflows (Salesforce), and engagement on platforms like G2 or Gartner Peer Insights; knowledge of Orca is a plus.
  • Solid passion in tracking and analyzing program performance metrics to optimize strategies and demonstrate advocacy ROI.
