The Senior Customer Analytics Engineer will play a pivotal role in the analytics group, focusing on customer data reporting requests that are closely tied to the company's CRM and loyalty programs. This position involves supporting multiple ongoing projects, utilizing Tableau to create and enhance dashboards that reflect critical customer data and metrics. The engineer will be responsible for evaluating loyalty data, particularly concerning breakage rates and points programs, and will support data processes aimed at identifying areas for efficiency improvements. As the owner of the reporting space, the Senior Customer Analytics Engineer will act as the lead for all customer analytics requests and the development of new dashboards. Additional responsibilities may include Python scripting, curating and optimizing audiences for loyalty programs, and assessing the effectiveness of CRM and loyalty initiatives through comprehensive customer data analysis.
