About the position

The Senior Customer Analytics Engineer will play a pivotal role in the analytics group, focusing on customer data reporting requests that are closely tied to the company's CRM and loyalty programs. This position involves supporting multiple ongoing projects, utilizing Tableau to create and enhance dashboards that reflect critical customer data and metrics. The engineer will be responsible for evaluating loyalty data, particularly concerning breakage rates and points programs, and will support data processes aimed at identifying areas for efficiency improvements. As the owner of the reporting space, the Senior Customer Analytics Engineer will act as the lead for all customer analytics requests and the development of new dashboards. Additional responsibilities may include Python scripting, curating and optimizing audiences for loyalty programs, and assessing the effectiveness of CRM and loyalty initiatives through comprehensive customer data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support customer data reporting requests tied to CRM and loyalty programs.
• Utilize Tableau to produce and enhance dashboards reflecting customer data and metrics.
• Evaluate loyalty data related to breakage rates and points programs.
• Identify areas for efficiencies and improvements in data processes.
• Act as the lead for customer analytics requests and new dashboard development.
• Perform Python scripting for data analysis and reporting.
• Curate and optimize audiences for loyalty programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and loyalty programs through customer data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer analytics and reporting.
• Strong background in building customer data dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Braze.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer data platforms.
• Extensive SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience in building processes and efficiencies around reporting and analytics.
