About the position

As a Senior Customer Lifecycle Business Analyst at Donaldson, you will play a crucial role in maximizing business value from sales orders, shipments, and invoicing processes. You will work within the Customer Service Center of Excellence team, maintaining strategic relationships across business units and driving globally standardized business processes. This position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the application of best practices to enhance customer experience and internal efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver maximum benefits for customer experience and internal efficiencies through thorough business process development and troubleshooting.
  • Lead conversations and initiatives with Vertical Business Unit stakeholder teams to build processes, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Screen intake of new ideas and tickets to scrutinize for scope and severity, establishing relative priority and proposed global solutions.
  • Lead conversations between the IT development group and business units for evaluation, requirements, validation, and implementation of new processes and enhancements.
  • Continuously enhance expertise in Customer Sales Order lifecycle processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and technical industry certifications or significant equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Expertise in Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle ATG e-Commerce, Oracle Analytics Cloud Tools, or similar Enterprise Business systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data extraction and analytics reporting tools.
  • API automation and customer portal data exchange experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt between non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated business-critical analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong influential, collaboration, alignment, and organization skills.
