This is a full-time remote opportunity located anywhere in the United States, specifically for the IBM System Z professional services team at Rocket Software. The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will engage with customers to assist in the installation, configuration, implementation, and training for various IBM Mainframe products. The ideal candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of Mainframe print products, including but not limited to form creation, fonts, layouts, overlays, pagedefs, formdefs, and various aspects of print formatting. In this role, the Senior Customer Solutions Engineer will bring creativity, curiosity, and passion to their work with modernization products. They will be technically versatile and are expected to deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing services that ensure successful post-sales deployment of Rocket products. The engineer will solve real problems and deliver tangible value to customers and partners daily, ensuring successful outcomes with speed, precision, quality, and innovation. The position also requires bridging the gap between legacy development technologies and modern technologies for customers, demonstrating a commitment to Rocket Software's core values of empathy, humanity, trust, and love.
