About the position

The Customer Success Manager at SafetyCulture plays a crucial role in partnering with Strategic and Enterprise customers to understand their business objectives and deliver ROI throughout the customer lifecycle. This position involves advocating for customer requirements, educating them on new products and best practices, and ensuring a high level of service that inspires customer loyalty. The role focuses on driving product adoption, retention, and advocacy, contributing to the overall growth of SafetyCulture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to drive product activation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify opportunities and ensure non-event renewals.
  • Understand customers' current and future business goals and challenges to develop strategies using SafetyCulture.
  • Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with Enterprise customers.
  • Experience leveraging data through various tools to inform and execute strategies for product adoption.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, capable of communicating effectively across the organization.
  • Passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points, and take action.
