About The Position
Zscaler is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role involves owning a book of customers and being their advocate and champion. The Senior Customer Success Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer deployments are completed quickly and efficiently, run monthly and quarterly business reviews, and serve as a trusted advisor to ensure business objectives are realized. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion.
