About the position

The Senior Customer Success Manager at Penske is responsible for managing customer experiences with Penske Digital products and services. This role focuses on ensuring customers optimize their use of products for maximum ROI while also influencing product development and business strategies. Senior CSMs lead the Customer Success team, providing training and mentorship to team members, and are dedicated to building strong relationships with top clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
