About the position

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Program Management professional to join our Customer Program Management Team, focusing on leading technical engagements and program execution with major customers, specifically Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). In this role, you will engage directly with CSPs to design, develop, and deploy an accelerated computing platform in the cloud. This involves identifying and assembling a core team, providing technical guidance on server system design in collaboration with subject matter experts, and building schedules to ensure that projects remain on track. You will be responsible for resolving any blocking issues that arise during the project lifecycle and ensuring the implementation of customer-required features. Timely customer acceptance and production deployment are critical aspects of this role, as is the need to collaborate cross-functionally to align both customers and internal teams throughout the program. You will also share and report project status, challenges, and insights with senior management, constantly incorporating valuable insights from your learnings to improve future engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with Cloud Service Providers to design, develop, and deploy accelerated computing platforms in the cloud.
  • Identify and assemble a core team for project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance on server system design with subject matter experts.
  • Build project schedules and resolve any blocking issues to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure implementation of customer-required features and timely customer acceptance.
  • Oversee production deployment of projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customers and internal teams throughout the program.
  • Share and report project status, challenges, and insights with senior management.
  • Incorporate valuable insights from learnings into future projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of direct customer engagement in project/program management.
  • Solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization with outstanding leadership skills.
  • Willingness to continue learning new skills and expand capabilities as NVIDIA ventures into new markets.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading direct customer engagement with technical programs for Cloud Service Providers.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and deploying compute servers at scale with high-reaching goals and timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple partners distributed globally.
