About the position

The Senior Cyber Security Governance Analyst at Koch, Inc. is responsible for aligning cyber security objectives with risk tolerance levels and promoting efficient processes across the enterprise. This role involves leading the development and verification of policies, procedures, standards, and controls to protect corporate information systems, networks, and data. The analyst will also stay updated on the latest cybersecurity intelligence to ensure that the standards and controls governing cybersecurity remain current.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with control owners to articulate audit requests and connect them to the Cyber Security Governance Program's vision and value.
  • Verify Cyber Security-related control documentation and obtain objective evidence for audits, self-assessments, and customer questionnaires.
  • Proactively address gaps in requirement coverage by identifying appropriate contacts and updating the risk registry.
  • Address open requests from customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and training assistance to employees across Koch Companies regarding Cyber Security Governance.
  • Create, deliver, and maintain real-time dashboards, metrics, and reports related to Cyber Security.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Verification / Validation / Certification experience.
  • Experience reviewing process documentation and verifying cyber security requirements coverage (e.g., ISO27001/2, NIST, TiSAX).
  • Experience innovating to improve processes and system functionalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Quickly familiarize oneself with new and changing technology (e.g., ZenGRC, SharePoint, PowerBi).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks and other Cyber Security requirements.
