The Senior Cyber Systems Engineer will join a leading workplace in Central Florida, focusing on maintaining and enhancing cyber systems across various security levels. This role involves comprehensive support for IT operations, ensuring peak performance of systems, and addressing technical challenges with precision. The position emphasizes a commitment to quality and error reduction while providing detailed reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain peak performance using Jira Service Manager and vSphere tools.
• Provide comprehensive support for systems under Unclassified, Sec/REL, and Top-Secret security levels.
• Maintain a commitment to error rates below 5%.
• Address IT incidents with precision and promptness, analyzing patterns to determine root causes.
• Regularly provide comprehensive reports detailing requests, resolutions, and progress status to stakeholders.
• Offer professional-level support for IT, virtual environments, and network functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 8+ years experience with helpdesk operations.
• TS/SCI clearance with either Full Scope or CI Poly.
• DoD 8570.01-M Level II: Security+ or CISSP.
