About the position

The Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst at Colonial Pipeline Company is responsible for providing detailed analysis and support across various critical functions within the Security Office. This role focuses on managing the Cyber Third-Party Risk Management program, ensuring that vendors have adequate cybersecurity controls, and facilitating incident response through the design and execution of Incident Tabletops. The position also involves leading security training programs, developing data-driven presentations, and tracking metrics for cybersecurity effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution against the Cyber Assessment Plan, ensuring timely tests and accurate documentation.
  • Manage the Colonial Security Training and Awareness Program, interacting with corporate training technologies.
  • Design, deploy, and lead the Security data analytics program, including dashboards and custom reporting.
  • Lead projects applying advanced data and business analysis skills to Security challenges.
  • Work with the CISO to develop data-driven presentations for stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Develop and track metrics and key performance indicators for cyber and physical security effectiveness.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of plans and roadmaps for key Security programs.
  • Partner with program management to oversee execution and report progress to leadership.
  • Act as a liaison to stakeholders outside of Security to ensure Security is a trusted partner.
  • Establish and oversee key Security Program rhythms, including executive reporting and team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in a technology or security organization.
  • Experience in project management and data analytics/interpretation.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.
  • Willingness to learn about Cyber and Physical Security domains.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  • Understanding of oil and gas governing regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Commitment to adhere to policies and procedures and demonstrate core values.
