About the position

The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst position at ISHIR is designed for an experienced professional with over 7 years of expertise in securing and administering Microsoft Office 365 cloud services. The role focuses on threat mitigation, email security, and automation, utilizing tools such as Exchange PowerShell. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring security risks, implementing security measures, and optimizing cloud services to ensure a secure and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administrative maintenance for Microsoft Office 365 cloud services.
• Perform extensive mailbox searches to identify and remove potential cybersecurity risks.
• Implement and support Microsoft cloud technologies and services.
• Tune, monitor, and optimize Microsoft cloud services.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for O365 cloud services for IT teams.
• Monitor and identify security risks and vulnerabilities in the O365 environment and recommend mitigation actions.
• Implement and maintain email security technologies to prevent unauthorized access and phishing attempts.
• Create and maintain documentation for Microsoft cloud services and processes.
• Establish email-related standards and procedures and conduct periodic audits for compliance.
• Provide input to identity management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in administering, securing, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 tenants.
• Experience with Exchange PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of email security layers (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
• Minimum three years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, and Microsoft 365 Security are required.
