About the position

The position involves leading the design, planning, and implementation of email security solutions and services across the business at Zelis. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and identify new opportunities while ensuring compliance with security standards. The individual will manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and support end users, as well as provide input on messaging initiatives and manage email security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and implement email security solutions.
• Investigate and develop improvements for existing and new processes.
• Identify new areas of opportunity consistent with security standards.
• Troubleshoot and identify complex problems using tools and knowledge.
• Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and concepts of data classification.
• Support end users with Purview, Defender, and CASB.
• Provide input on messaging initiatives and manage email security infrastructure.
• Deploy security controls to manage and mitigate risks.
• Perform tasks in support of the Information Security Steering Committee, including creating agendas and recording minutes.
• Deliver clear reports, presentations, metrics, and other materials for approval by boards and committees.

Requirements

• Experience in email security solutions and services implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and data classification concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for delivering reports and presentations.
