About the position

The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing the security posture of a healthcare SaaS company located in West Midtown, Atlanta. This position focuses on cloud security and involves protecting confidential patient information across the organization's infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in cybersecurity, responsible for implementing security resolutions and managing various security-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle all network security for the organization.
• Manage Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Implement compliance and security policies.
• Respond to security incidents and manage vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a professional cybersecurity role.
• Strong background in Identity Access Management (IAM) design and management.
• Minimum of 2 years in the Healthcare industry.
• Management of vulnerabilities and ability to report remedies to fix.
• Understanding of ISO compliance and other related regulations.
• Experience in cloud security (AWS/Azure).

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to help conduct SOC2 and Type2 compliance audits.
• Familiarity with scripting using Python or Powershell.
• Strong communication skillset.
• Ability to commute daily to local Atlanta office.
• BS in CS in Information Technology or similar degree.
