About The Position

The Senior Data Analyst for the Procurement organization at Nike will play a crucial role in supporting strategic projects by providing actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of data science and statistical concepts to solve problems and make recommendations, while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data and analytics, statistics, decision science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with key digital marketing KPIs and familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or Looker.
• Prior experience with data analysis.
• Ability to combine disparate data sources and derive actionable insights from them.
• Ability to perform data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of data science techniques such as clustering and forecasting.
• Basic understanding of Python or R.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting results to senior leadership.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Apply various data science techniques and statistical analysis to forecast spend.
• Cluster suppliers and build products for analysis.
• Create algorithms for data classification.
• Collaborate with the Procurement organization and other data analysts.
