Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data products using Microsoft Fabric to support business objectives and enhance data accessibility.
• Lead the integration of various data sources and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the organization.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline data processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.
• Manage and deliver enterprise-level strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation.
• Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related role, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, R, and other relevant data analysis and engineering tools.
