Responsibilities

• Develop data solutions to support business goals.
• Analyze large data sets and convert data into insights for informed business decisions.
• Oversee the conversion of data into actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data security standards.
• Support the manager in guiding and directing the activities of data analysts.
• Establish KPIs to identify predictive trends for business decisions.
• Gather and extract data using tools like MS Excel, MS SQL, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with analysts to create graphs and charts for presentations.
• Develop clear analytical plans and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Perform routine data audits to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science or a related field.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with standard statistical packages (e.g. SAS, R).
• Proficiency in writing SQL code using tools like SQL Server Management Studio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data warehousing and general ledger management.
• Familiarity with statistical and econometric modeling techniques.
