  • Combine data analysis and visualization to convey information compellingly.
  • Utilize software and algorithms for data-related tasks without human intervention.
  • Effectively communicate insights to peers and senior leaders through various formats.
  • Organize information about processes and data assets to enhance university knowledge.
  • Write and interpret technical documentation related to data models.
  • Contribute to the development of data management platforms like data dictionaries.
  • Support team members' development through feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive tasks and small-scale projects with autonomy and collaboration.
  • Track and report progress and challenges diligently.
  • Break down complex goals into actionable tasks.
  • Engage in continuous learning and stay updated on innovative developments in the field.
  • Abide by policies for responsible data access and usage.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists in building data products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence, focusing on data query, transformation, visualization, and statistical modeling.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including experience with queries, data modification, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience with data modeling concepts, including dimensional models and schemas.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with flowchart and diagramming tools like Miro and Visio.
