About the position

As a Senior Data Analyst at Super.com, you will play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture within the Analytics & Data Science team. This position focuses on analyzing travel-related data to inform strategic decisions, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, conducting detailed investigations, and translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage complex datasets to generate actionable insights that influence product strategy and drive results.
• Investigate and analyze trends and anomalies in pricing model data, supporting debugging efforts and identifying root causes of changes in conversion rates.
• Access, clean, and organize raw data for effective analysis and reporting.
• Determine the implications of data-driven insights on business decisions, particularly regarding pricing strategies and customer segments.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Experience with dashboarding tools and familiarity with Git.
• 3+ years of experience working with data in roles such as Analyst or Scientist.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills for analyzing high volumes of relational and unstructured data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data insights to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Mentorship experience with a keen interest in teaching and peer reviewing work.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment or the travel industry.
• Proficiency with tools such as DBT, Amplitude, Snowflake, and Looker.
• Bachelor's in STEM and an advanced degree in Analytics or Data Science.
