About the position

As a Senior Data Analyst at Aircall, you will play a crucial role in providing insights that drive product development and business growth. You will collaborate with various teams to support initiatives related to pricing, packaging, and customer engagement, while also establishing best practices in analytics and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business leaders to define the analytics roadmap and deliver key projects in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Provide actionable insights and compelling narratives to influence major decisions at the C-level.
• Build a culture of experimentation by designing and executing rigorous A/B tests to measure business impact.
• Work closely with data engineers to continuously improve the data stack, governance practices, and analysis quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high growth environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for deriving insights.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Data-driven, structured and solution oriented with extensive experience in building rigorous experiments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Insatiable curiosity and a bias toward action.
