Responsibilities

• Dive into Advanced Analytics to investigate key drivers of transportation dynamic optimization and data quality.
• Engage with team members and cross-functional teams to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs.
• Leverage data analysis tools to explore and process complex data, developing and testing hypotheses.
• Seek to implement ideas for process improvement by leveraging lean manufacturing principles and collaborating with operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data and analytics or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in SQL, 2-4 years in Tableau, and 1-3 years in Python.
• Understanding of transportation or supply chain in a retail or eCommerce environment.
• Excellent analytical and data processing skills.
• Ability to work on multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in data science, data analysis, or statistics.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Spark, Scala, R, or Power BI.
