About the position

The Senior Data Analyst at Convey Health Solutions will be responsible for developing and maintaining client-facing visualizations to extract insights from risk-adjustment solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to enhance analytical capabilities and deliver actionable insights through data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes and create publication-ready data visualizations from structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with the Lead Analyst and Product team to support analytical architecture for optimal user experience.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business leaders.
• Maintain and update the visualization platform regularly.
• Provide data analysis and model development support for Pareto's software solutions.
• Synthesize raw data into digestible information independently.
• Enhance Pareto's quantitative capabilities and client offerings.
• Contribute to requirements gathering and recommendations in line with best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of data visualization experience with tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
• 5+ years in analytics or business intelligence within the healthcare sector.
• Proficient in SQL for creating and updating stored procedures.
• Experience with Python (e.g., Jupyter).
• Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider claims, clinical, or quality data.
