About the position

The Senior Data Analyst at Ohio Medical LLC is responsible for maintaining and enhancing business systems, specifically ERP and CRM, while managing the full lifecycle of data analytical projects. This role involves analyzing data using business intelligence tools to identify trends and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance. Additionally, the analyst will develop and implement data collection systems and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance business systems (ERP/CRM) and a computerized database management system (DBMS).
• Manage the full lifecycle of data analytical projects for ERP and CRM systems.
• Analyze and interpret data using business intelligence (BI) tools, focusing on trends and predictive analytics, and define KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot data collection systems.
• Provide guidance to junior-level data analysts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data visualization software.
• Experience with data collection and database management systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
