Responsibilities

• Perform data management and complex analysis to maximize profits and minimize risks.
• Provide analytical support on various product strategies to meet company goals.
• Coordinate the production of databases and performance reports for senior management.
• Manage the review and analysis of trends in current population distributions and recommend strategies.
• Direct the development of complex databases and program models to extract data for statistical and financial modeling.
• Oversee data design and analysis of portfolio trends, including credit score cutoffs and loss trends.
• Integrate the analysis team with other corporate units to ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives.
• Hire and train Risk Analysis Specialists and Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expert knowledge of complex data architecture, including modeling and data science tools.
• Expert level coding skills, particularly in Excel and end-user interface development.
• Experience managing large datasets using tools such as Hadoop.
