About the position

The Senior Data Analyst at Park Industries plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven strategies and innovations within the company. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret complex data, influence business strategies, and optimize performance. The analyst will utilize their expertise in statistical methods and data analysis to deliver insights that significantly impact the company's operations in the stoneworking machinery sector.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and prioritize data analysis requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement robust data collection and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
• Create and manage data models to centralize information and enhance report accuracy.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to uncover insights and business optimization opportunities.
• Train functional analysts within business departments and help leaders effectively use data to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure organization-wide implementation of version control for reports and data consistency.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, and champion their adoption within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (required)
• 10+ years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Proven expertise in advanced statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and data analysis methodologies.
