About the position

Collabera is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Data Engineering, focusing on leading technical initiatives and optimizing business processes to enhance reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives in finance data strategy, application processes, and controls.
• Perform complex data/platform migration analysis and research to support management decision-making.
• Optimize business processes, ensuring performance improvement in high-volume, near real-time reporting solutions.
• Design and implement best practices for data engineering and analytics, providing training and guidance on performance tuning.
• Ensure effective, efficient delivery of reporting solutions that align with internal control standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of advanced SQL experience
• Strong Data Analysis/Data Engineering expertise - Analytics experience with Iceberg and/or Databricks
• Automation & Reporting Tools expertise - Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or ThoughtSpot
• Enterprise level experience - targeting transformative technology experience with clients such as High-Tech
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
