About the position

The Senior Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of data solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on AI and analytics. This role involves collaborating with multifunctional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in analytics processes. The architect will also provide training to junior team members and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation to meet business requirements
• Lead all aspects of the development and maintenance activities and ensure efficient performance
• Provide expertise in IDMC Informatica Oracle SQL
• Apply Database and SQL skills to handle and query large datasets optimally
• Apply ANSI SQL for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to understand and address business needs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in analytics
• Deliver training and support to junior team members to improve their skills
• Supply to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and methodologies
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches in analytics
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
• Support the hybrid work model by optimally managing remote and onsite tasks
• Maintain clear and effective communication with partners to ensure alignment and visibility
• Supervise and report on the progress of analytics projects to senior management
• Ensure that all analytics solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals
• Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team

Requirements

• At least 15 to 18 years of experience
• Required skills: IDMC, Oracle, Snowflake in Azure, Informatica, PC, and SQL
• Must have experience in the Insurance domain
• Experienced in Snowflake Azure Snow park
