About the position
The Senior Data Architect will lead the design and architecture efforts of the data organization within the company. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop the enterprise data model, manage ETL/ELT processes, and oversee data warehousing and cloud data storage. Responsibilities
- Lead data design and architecture efforts across the organization.
- Collaborate with data, non-technical, and executive stakeholders to develop the enterprise data model.
- Manage ETL/ELT processes and data integrations.
- Oversee data warehousing and cloud data storage solutions.
- Ensure performance management of data systems.
- Engage in hands-on data architecture tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience in data-related roles.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in Data Architecture.
- Extensive domain knowledge in data architecture and design.
- Experience with cloud data architecture.
- Proficiency in ELT/ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of databases and data warehousing.
- Experience in performance management.
Nice-to-haves
- Relevant degrees and certifications in cloud architecture, computer science, or MBA.
