About the position

The Senior Data Engineer/BI Developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying analytical solutions to support customers. This hybrid role requires the individual to work in the office twice a week, focusing on troubleshooting, maintaining databases, and providing custom analytics and data analysis. The position emphasizes strong technical skills and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy analytical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support existing solutions.
• Maintain databases and build requested custom analytics.
• Perform data analysis and recommend solutions.
• Provide fixes to technical issues encountered by team customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Skills in SQL, SSIS packages, Oracle, and Python.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Knowledge and experience with Maximo.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and Oracle.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in compiling comprehensive and accurate documentation for design and code.
• Experience in ETL and data engineering best practices.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
