Responsibilities

• Understand the business value and relevance of data and data-enabled insights/decisions.
• Apply principles of data management, quality standards, and governance to business problems.
• Identify suitable data sources and perform initial data quality checks on extracted data.
• Transform and integrate data from internal and external sources using techniques like ETL and data warehousing.
• Develop data pipelines and apply appropriate methods for data transformation.
• Formulate problems and translate business requirements into data-related solutions.
• Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues.
• Develop business cases for projects with projected ROI or cost savings.
• Align projects with overall business strategy and develop domain-specific artifacts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 1 year of experience in product management or related experience; OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus 3 years of experience.
• Experience creating product roadmaps and value-based release strategies.
• Proficiency in creating Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) using Confluence and MS Word.
• Ability to align strategic priorities with business needs through usability studies and financial modeling.
• Experience in recommending new technical features through customer interviews and surveys.
• Skills in analyzing data to identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) using Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in driving process changes and managing product decisions.
• Proficiency in developing flow diagrams and mockups using Lucid Charts.
• Experience in designing and implementing software platforms using microservices architecture and REST API web services using Java.
