About the position
The Senior Data Engineer is responsible for designing, constructing, installing, testing, and maintaining highly scalable data management systems. This role collaborates closely with analysts and IT professionals to ensure efficient data modeling, ETL processes, and overall data architecture that supports business needs. The position requires strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases.
Responsibilities

- Support overall data architecture that meets business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, database development, or related roles.
- Proficiency with SQL databases and experience with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
- Experience with big data platforms and tools (e.g. Spark and Python).
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure and AWS).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
